About Paul Foreman

Paul Foreman is a retired deputy sheriff from Southwest Florida. Paul & his wife now live in nothern Alabama. With a total of 21 years in Law Enforcement, Paul has some valuable experience and knowledge to share about self defense and personal security. Paul served as a patrol officer, a FTO or Field Training Officer, and as a certified instructor. Before Paul retired he served in the Juvenile Unit investigating trunacy and as an instructor in a middle school where students who were suspended came to Paul's class as an Alternative to Suspension.

Paul believes his experiences surviving armed encounters allows him to share real survival techniques and not just theory.
